Just Strong

I was lucky enough to be chosen to be an ambassador over a year ago by a lifestyle brand of work out/leisure wear, by the name of Just Strong. The message of Just Strong really resonated with me and my brand at Mind&Body Wellness and I knew that teaming up with such a brand would be something special.

OUR STORY: We are a lifestyle brand for strong women. Whether you are an experienced lifter, a new starter or have simply overcome great adversaries in your life, the Just Strong community is here to make sure you never give up.

I will be honest, I didn't expect to love this brand as much as I do, and I was so excited to feel the quality of the fabric and printing when they arrived. For the whole of this summer I have only taken my black and white track shorts off to wash and dry them! The material is squat proof and made with a cotton blend that breathes and dries well. They are elasticated around the waist with a draw cord which makes them easily adjustable and they don't ride up or slip when moving. I would suggest, if you don't like a close fit on your shorts, make sure you size up, as they are a slim fit and definitely on the shorter side. You can get the track shorts in black and white contrast colours or in plain black depending on your preference.

BE STRONG: We want you to never give up and to stay strong physically and mentally. Our clothing is a symbol of standing back up, fighting against any resistance life throws at you and becoming stronger. This is the idea of where our company was born. Motivate strong women to overcome their adversaries and embrace their strength, no matter the source.

I also love the comfort of the t-shirt design (Fashion Dark Camo Print Tee pictured above) with the cut up the sides and the longer hem in the back, which is great for wearing with leggings. The material is also a cotton blend and a thicker material but breathable for work outs and comfortable for every day wear as well which makes this piece very versatile.

I have several pieces from the Just Strong collection (which I'll share with you in later posts) and cannot wait to add more. I'm definitely going to need several more pairs of the track shorts because I don't think I'll ever wear another style again!
