DIY Pink Clay and Hemp Seed Oil Face Mask recipe by Biome

Ingredients:

-3 tablespoons pink clay

-3 tablespoon kaolin white clay

-3 tablespoons hemp seed oil (or more if needed)

Method:

Add the clays and hemp seed oil to a glass or ceramic bowl, and mix together using a non metallic utensil (metal will react with the clay). Mix until you have a smooth, thick paste. Add more oil if needed. Add the essential oils and mix again. Place the mixture into a 120ml glass mason jar and seal.

How To Use:

This pretty pink clay mask is ideal for those with dry and combination skin, as well as mature skin. It works to smooth skin, provide moisture, nourishment and absorb excess sebum.

Apply a generous layer to dry, clean skin, avoiding the eye area. Massage in a circular motion, applying a little extra pressure on oily areas. Leave on for 10-15 minutes, or until dry. Rinse off with warm water. Afterwards, apply a light natural moisturiser or rose facial mist if desired.

This recipe makes enough for approximately three applications. Use once per week.

Tip: For an excellent facial exfoliant, mix in 2 teaspoons of fine pumice powder.
